Really comfortable

Soft, discreet and they fit me better than I expected. Really pleased.

A relief, honestly

I was nervous about trying incontinence pants for the first time, but these felt much more like ordinary underwear than I imagined. No rustling under my trousers and I could get on with my day without constantly thinking about them. I tried them on a normal Tuesday before going anywhere important, just to see how they felt. By lunchtime I'd stopped noticing the waistband altogether. I still keep a spare pair in my bag, as I always have, but I don't spend all day fiddling with my clothes now. The only thing I would say is check the size chart carefully rather than guessing from your jeans size. For something I wasn't looking forward to buying, I'm genuinely impressed.

Good for everyday wear

Nice and lightweight. I wore them while doing the school run and then the food shop. Stayed comfortable throughout.

A
Ava Hughes
Just what I needed

Easy to put on. Comfortable. No fuss.

G
Grace Morgan
Passed the sofa test ๐Ÿ˜„

I can finally sit through a whole film without spending half of it wondering if I should get up and check. That's a win in my book.

L
Lily Foster
Much less bulky

I've tried thicker ones before and never got on with them. These sit flatter beneath my clothes and don't bunch up when I walk. The leg openings were a little snug initially, but I got used to the fit quickly.

S

Surprisingly good

Wasn't expecting much if I'm honest. They've been great so far.

F
Freya Price
A little peace of mind

Bought these for longer car trips as I hate worrying about finding the next services. They are comfortable to wear for several hours and give me that extra bit of reassurance.

E
Emily Collins
Very soft material

The texture is gentler than my previous brand. I have fairly fussy skin and haven't found them scratchy. I'd buy them again.

E
Ella Taylor
Does the job

Reliable, comfy, and not obvious under jeans.

M
Mia Barker
Pleased with the fit

I followed the size guide rather than buying my usual clothing size, and I'm glad I did. The waistband sits nicely without rolling down, even when I'm moving around the house. Good coverage too. For context, I spend quite a bit of time sitting at my desk and then walking the dog, so I needed something comfortable in both situations. They haven't rolled at the top when I bend down, and the leg edges feel smooth rather than tight. I also like that they look fairly ordinary when folded in my drawer. It took the awkwardness out of something I was putting off buying. Very pleased with how practical they are.

No more noisy pants

They don't make that crinkly noise when I walk ๐Ÿ˜‚ Genuinely a big improvement over what I used before.

H

Better than expected

Not exactly a glamorous purchase but a very useful one! Comfortable enough that I forget I'm wearing them most of the time.

E
Evie Reed
Great for my morning walks

I go out early every day and wanted something that wouldn't feel heavy after a bit of walking. These have been comfortable on my usual route. The waistband stays put and I don't feel self-conscious.

R
Ruby Mason
Simple and effective

Good absorbency for my needs. Easy to change too.

C
Chloe Ellis
Confidence back

I was skipping trips out because I felt anxious about little leaks. These have made going for coffee with friends easier again. The material feels soft and they look discreet under a long top.

A
Alice Brooks
Pretty good all round

Would be even better with more colours, but for comfort and fit I'm very happy.

L
Lucy Cooper
A nice surprise

They feel much more like pants than I expected. I was worried they'd be stiff but they're actually quite flexible.

M
Molly Walsh
Comfortable all afternoon

Wore a pair to a family party and didn't have to keep adjusting them. It was lovely to focus on the conversation instead of my underwear. That's what matters to me.

P
Phoebe Ward
Five stars from me

No complaints. They work well and are comfortable.

C
Charlotte Dawson
Better sleep

I wanted extra protection overnight and have been sleeping a bit easier knowing I have it. I still change as needed, but these give me welcome reassurance. The stretch around the waist is especially comfortable when lying down. I was a bit unsure about writing this review, but I know reading other people's comments helped me choose. The biggest benefit for me is feeling less anxious at night. They feel soft when I lie on my side and don't seem to bunch up at the back. I still follow my usual changing routine and wouldn't expect any product to be perfect for everyone. But for my needs they're comfortable, easy to put on and well worth a try.

P
Poppy Marshall
Very happy

Soft and secure, without feeling like I'm wrapped in a duvet.

D
Daisy Hunt
Fits under work clothes

I wear fitted trousers for work and these don't show nearly as much as I feared. Took a couple of goes to work out the right fit, but now they're a regular purchase.

M
Maisie Palmer
Handy to keep in the drawer

I keep a few for days when my bladder is unpredictable. They're quick to put on and comfy enough to forget about.

H
Harriet Stevens
Worth trying

Took a chance on these after seeing the sizing details. Glad I did. They are neat, the waist isn't scratchy and the sides seem sturdy when I pull them on.

M
Millie Knight
No drama, thankfully

Nobody writes poetry about incontinence pants, but I might start. They fit, they stay put, and I can laugh at a joke without panicking. Excellent.

G
Georgia Griffin
Good coverage

I like how they sit around the legs. No gaps when I'm standing or sitting.

I
Imogen Webb
Solid option

Not the cheapest thing on my shopping list, but I think the comfort is worth it. I find these easier to wear for a whole morning than some bulkier alternatives.

N
Nina Armstrong
My go-to now

I've reordered because the fit is consistent and they feel discreet under my clothes. It makes such a difference knowing what to expect each time I open a packet.

B
Beth Lane
Happy customer ๐Ÿ™‚

They are comfy and give me more confidence on busy days. Simple as that.

S

A good fit for Mum

I help my mum with her shopping and we tried a pack of these. She says they feel soft and don't dig in at the waist. Easier for her to pull up than the previous ones she used, which is a big plus. We'd been trying different options for a while, and Mum had very clear opinions about the uncomfortable ones! With these, she could pull them up herself without the sides snagging, which made her feel more independent. She also liked that they didn't feel stiff when she sat in her armchair. We checked the size chart together and that seemed to help. It's only a small thing in the grand scheme of things, but anything that makes a daily routine simpler is a real positive.

C
Claire Bradley
Quiet and discreet

No rustling, no weird bulky shape, just comfortable protection. Exactly what I wanted.

H
Helen Hart
Great when travelling

Used these on a long coach trip. I packed spares just in case, but the pair I wore stayed comfortable and didn't shift when I was seated for ages. A useful bit of travel kit.

Questions, answered

Will anyone hear it or see it?

No. Each pant weighs about 55g with a soft, cloth-like outer, so there's no plastic rustle and no visible bulk under everyday clothes. They look, feel and sound like ordinary underwear. Your order arrives in a plain box with nothing on the outside to say what's inside.

What if I get the size wrong?

Sizing is by waist and hip, not by gender. Measure around the widest point of your hips and check the size guide above. Between sizes? Choose the larger โ€” a snug fit at the leg cuffs matters more than a tight waist. If you're still unsure after opening the first pack, contact us before opening a second and we'll help you get it right.

Can I wear them overnight?

Yes. Up to 2000ml of absorbency is designed for overnight use as well as the day. The super-absorbent core locks liquid away as gel so skin stays dry while you sleep. Many people pair them with Confio Bed Pads for the mattress.

Are they for men or women?

Both. Confio makes one range, cut to fit men and women, sized by waist and hip rather than by gender.

How many do I actually need?

Most people use between one and four a day. Use the quick calculator above: 1โ€“2 a day is about 4 packs every 4 weeks; 3โ€“4 a day is 8 packs every 4 weeks; 5 or more a day is 8 packs every 2 weeks. Bigger packs cost less per pant, and 8 packs is the most we can fit in one parcel.

How does the subscription work, and can I stop it?

Pick how many packs you need and how often โ€” every 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 weeks. You save 10% on every delivery. Pause, skip or change your plan anytime in your account โ€” one tap, no phone calls, no minimum term. You can also cancel there at any time.

How fast is delivery and what does the parcel look like?

Orders are dispatched from Manchester. Standard UK delivery is 3โ€“5 working days (ยฃ4.99, free on orders over ยฃ50) and express is 1โ€“2 working days (ยฃ6.99). The parcel is a plain box with no brand or product name on the outside.

What if I want to return something?

Our refund policy is linked in the footer and explains exactly what can be returned and how. For hygiene products, unopened packs are the norm; if anything arrives damaged or wrong, email contact@confio.health with your order number and we'll put it right.

Do I really pay no VAT?

If you have a long-term condition, you're likely to qualify to buy VAT-free under VAT Notice 701/7. It's a quick declaration at checkout โ€” no paperwork, no proof needed โ€” and it takes the VAT off the price shown.

Is paying on the site safe?

Yes. Checkout is run by Shopify Payments with Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major cards. Your card details go straight to the payment provider; we never see or store them.
